The Modern Muskoka Project was a long-awaited dream realized for the owners, who had cherished the property for years, eagerly anticipating the day they could build on it. Nestled into the distinctive granite rock that defines the landscape, we collaborated with Attainable Solutions to design and construct a stunning 2000-square-foot cottage. The clients envisioned a unique getaway that seamlessly blended urban sophistication with classic cottage charm. To achieve this, we chose elegant grey slate floors and crisp white walls, creating a contemporary and airy atmosphere throughout the space. To infuse warmth and a touch of rustic elegance, we incorporated rich cedar accents, perfectly complementing the modern elements.
